Wilfried Kouijzer

Wilfried Kouijzer is a so-called "late vocation." In 2001, he was ordained a priest for the Society for African Missions. He was then sent to Africa. He worked for several years on the Afram Plains in Ghana, building churches and schools and constructing dams to harvest rainwater for drinking water. He provided basic pastoral work from the SMA Mission Post in Oku. Later, he worked in a parish in Accra.



Location
Wilfried Kouijzer currently works in Nigeria. He is a spiritual director for seminarians at the SMA formation house in Ibadan. He also teaches at the diocesan seminary in Ibadan.
